Our services

Three ways in. One outcome.

Engage a single pillar or all three. Scope, depth and sequence are shaped entirely around where your organisation actually sits today, because no two organisations sit in the same place.

Pillar one

Governance & Assurance

We design and build your complete AI governance structure. Not a template with your logo on it, a framework that reflects your industry, your risk profile and the technology you actually run.

The outcome is an organisation that does not just use AI responsibly, but can demonstrate it on demand.

Deliverable

AI governance framework

A structured, organisation-wide framework aligned to international standards and shaped to your operational context, risk appetite and regulatory environment.

Deliverable

AI policy

A clear, enforceable policy that sets out how AI may and may not be used across your organisation, written so people can actually follow it.

Deliverable

Tool usage guidelines

Practical guidance for the AI tools already in use, so employees know what is permitted, what is not, and how to work safely inside the boundary.

Deliverable

Risk assessment process

A repeatable, documented process for assessing new AI features, platforms and use cases, so every adoption decision is informed and defensible.

Deliverable

Use case evaluation

Assessment of proposed AI use cases against your policy, your risk appetite and your existing systems, before anything reaches production.

Deliverable

Tool rationalisation

An honest review of the AI tools you currently pay for. Where the duplication is, where the gaps are, and what to keep, consolidate or retire.

What audit-ready actually means

  • You know which AI tools are approved, and under what conditions
  • Every new adoption passes through a documented risk assessment
  • Your policies are live documents your people have been trained on, not shelf-ware
  • Leadership has visibility of AI risk across the organisation, not anecdotes
  • You have the evidence trail ready for an audit, regulatory review or client due diligence questionnaire

Pillar two

Capability & Training

Customised training, built to the needs of your organisation. There is no fixed syllabus and no set running time, because a partner group at a law firm and a delivery team at an agency do not need the same thing, in the same depth, on the same day.

Every programme opens with a foundation session on the governance landscape and an honest read of where your organisation currently sits. What follows is selected with you from the module library below, and shaped to your sector, your maturity and the gaps that actually matter.

01

Foundation: AI governance structures Where every programme starts

The current regulatory landscape, the standards that matter, and an honest read of your organisation's existing AI usage and governance baseline. Every programme opens here so everyone is working from the same map before anything else is decided.

Then build the programme from the module library

Elective

AI Champions Programme

How to identify and empower internal champions to lead adoption, embed practice and support their peers.

Elective

Tool Landscape & Selection

Equipping executives, partners and boards to make informed AI investment and governance decisions.

Elective

Ethics & Responsible Use

Frameworks for fairness, transparency and accountability in AI-assisted decisions that affect real people.

Not sure which modules you need? You do not have to decide up front. We will recommend a shape after the discovery conversation, based on where your organisation is strongest and where the gaps sit. Delivery can be a single focused session, a series across several weeks, or an ongoing programme as your teams mature. Sessions can be run on-site or remotely.

Pillar three

Build & Automate

For organisations ready to move from policy into production. Delivered in partnership with our specialist development network, and scoped inside the governance framework established in pillar one, so what you deploy is defensible from the first day it runs.

Capability

AI agent design and deployment

Custom agents built for internal operations, customer interactions or back-office work. Scoped against a real process, not a demo.

Capability

Workflow automation

End-to-end automation using platforms including n8n and comparable integration tooling, connected to the systems you already run.

Capability

System integration

Connecting AI capability to your existing tools, data sources and business systems, with the access controls the framework requires.

Capability

Prototypes and proofs of concept

Testing and validating an AI idea quickly, before you commit real budget to building it properly.

Development work in this pillar is delivered with our third-party development partner. Scoping, governance and oversight remain with Novareck AI throughout.

Also available

Digital & software development

Separate to the three pillars, we take on general software and digital work for clients who would rather not manage another supplier. It is not what we lead with, but it is real capability and it is available to you.

Development

Custom software

Internal tools, business applications and line-of-business systems built to fit a process rather than force one.

Development

Mobile apps

iOS and Android applications, from a first working version through to store release and ongoing support.

Development

Websites

Marketing sites, portals and web applications, designed and built rather than assembled from a template.

Visibility

SEO & AI search

Search optimisation, plus making sure your organisation is represented accurately when people ask an AI assistant about it.

If you already work with us on governance or training, this simply means one less procurement conversation. If you have come to us for development alone, that is fine too.

Engagement & investment

Priced to the work, not a rate card.

We do not publish fixed prices, because we do not deliver a fixed product. A forty-person firm needing a policy and a training day is not the same engagement as a multi-site agency rebuilding its assessment process.

Pricing depends on the size of your organisation and the scope of the project. You will have a written, scoped proposal with a confirmed figure before you commit to anything.

Most governance engagements run sixty to ninety days from discovery through to handover. That is the delivery window, not the length of the relationship. We stay available to our clients afterwards, because the regulations move, new tools arrive, and questions come up that the framework did not anticipate.

Typical shape

60 to 90 days

Most governance engagements run this length from discovery through to handover, delivered alongside your existing team rather than in place of it.

Flexible

One pillar or three

Take training only, governance only, or the full programme. Many organisations start with training and expand once they can see where the gaps actually are.

No lock-in

Built for handover

Delivery ends with your team running the framework. We are not trying to become a permanent line item on your budget.

Ongoing

We stay with you

Handover is not goodbye. Clients come back when a regulation shifts, a new tool lands, or an auditor asks something unexpected. That access does not carry a meter.

Next step

Tell us what you're already running.

A twenty minute discovery call. We will map roughly where you sit, tell you which pillar makes sense first, and follow up with a scoped proposal.
