How much does an engagement cost?
It depends on the size of your organisation and the scope of the work. We do not publish a rate card because we do not deliver a fixed product. You will get a written figure before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Most governance engagements run sixty to ninety days from discovery to handover. Training is customised to your organisation, so the shape and duration are set with you. And we stay available after delivery ends.
Do we have to take all three pillars?
No. Many organisations start with training, see where the gaps are, and expand into governance from there. Take one, two or all three, in whatever order suits you.
Do you certify us to ISO 42001?
No. We are not a certification body. We build frameworks aligned to the standard and prepare you for assessment, but certification is issued by an accredited certification body.
We already have an AI policy. Is that enough?
Usually not on its own. A policy without an assessment process, usage guidelines and an evidence trail tends to fail at the first real audit question. We can review what you have.
Are you a Microsoft or vendor partner?
We are independent. We do not resell licences or take vendor commissions, which means our tool recommendations, including "you are paying for too many of these", are genuinely ours.
